  • Finalize resumable mint, metadata, selection, wave and cumulative verification scripts.
  • Run the complete devnet rehearsal: mint, three allocations, staking, maintenance and airdrop.
  • Publish selection rules, program allowlist, exclusions, report format and risks.
  • Correct only confirmed issues before creating mainnet assets.

Mainnet Mint and Allocation
  • Create the Token-2022 mint with fixed 444,444,444 SEON supply and official metadata.
  • Revoke mint and freeze authorities; keep the transfer fee at 0% until staking opens.
  • Allocate 440,000,000 SEON to rewards, 4,400,000 to Genesis and 44,444 to the developer.
  • Publish the mint, wallets, token accounts, balances and configuration hashes.
  • Fix the snapshot and prepare deterministic selection of 440 independent wallets.

Staking and Wave 1
  • Deploy and initialize staking after the rehearsal and mainnet checks pass.
  • Open the single 7-day lock, 3-day grace and proportional rewards without guaranteed APR.
  • Execute wave 1: 44 wallets x 10,000 SEON and publish its verifiable report.
  • Permissionlessly activate the initial 0.02% transfer fee.
  • Temporarily retain the upgrade authority for verified corrections during the ten waves.

Ten-Week Monitoring Window
  • Execute one weekly wave of 44 wallets until 440 recipients and 4,400,000 SEON are complete.
  • Publish recipients, signatures, failures, retries and the cumulative report for every wave.
  • Publish the permissionless SEON/USDC order book on Manifest after verifying its address; it may begin empty.
  • Observe staking, third-party activity, depth and price discovery without promising liquidity or value.
  • Publish every staking correction with its reason, diff, tests and new verifiable address.

Final Audit and Immutability
  • Verify all ten waves and publish the cumulative report covering all 440 Genesis distributions.
  • Close only confirmed technical corrections from the public launch window.
  • Complete the final audit and revoke critical staking authorities.
  • Keep the verified Manifest address published and clearly distinguish independent, weak, high-risk and fake markets.
  • Reserve no SEON for market activity, place no controlled initial orders and promise no official liquidity.
